We took sometime to practice sketching techniques that we will need at Ralph Klein park such as the types of lines we might need and how to create texture with pencil and shading.
In art we also began learning about photography and learned how to use the acronym FLABS (focus- rule of thirds, line/lighting, angle-picture from above, below, face on, background, symbolism) to think about how we can take interesting photos. Then we took sometime to practice taking different types of photos. Ask me about one of the photos I took and what made it interesting.
