Tuesday November 19th

Yesterday we had a problem in math. Ms.McDougall had 2 yellow cubes, 1 red and 1 blue cube in the core of her pattern but dropped her core. We had to figure out what her pattern could have been. Today in math we discussed the possible patterns we could have had. Here are the different ways we discovered.

In writing we continued to brainstorm descriptive words for our animal writing.

During social studies we used a venn diagram to think about the similarities and differences between the prairies and arctic.

In art we started some art work that is inspired by Ted Harrison. We worked on our initial sketched and talked about the horizon line, foreground and background.
