Wednesday November 20th

During Table Time first thing this morning we worked on measuring objects. We had to make sure we measure correctly - no spaces between and from one end to the other.

In writing we completed our ideas on the graphic organizer adding interesting facts.


Our afternoon was filled with - Buoyancy and Density.

In the buoyancy challenge we tried to make a sinker (ball of plasticine) float.

We tested different materials to see how the density would impact its ability to float.

We had a short presentation about Warm Feet for the Street from Grade 3 students.  We can start bringing collected items to fill the socks.  Get your ticket for a fun evening on December 5th.
